I purchased this hat for my 5month old son for our trip to the beach. I purchased the royal blue size 0-6 months. My son has a small head for his age (50th percentile) and this size fit perfect. There is an elastic sizer in the back that allows it to tighten & expand. The small strings in the front helped it stay on. He didn't mind wearing it and it protected his head, ears and neck from the sun. I would definitely recommend it for protecting against the sun!

I purchesed this hat for my son right before he turned 3 months old. Although it is very large, it does its job of keeping the sun off of his face when we are outside. This is a great piece to have during the summer, especially if you enjoy spending time with your baby outside. And since it is farily large, my son will be able to use it for quite a while! I also liked that it was available in a variety of colors so that everyone could find one that they liked. I would recommend this to other customers.
